Rahayeb Desert Camp

Situated in a stunning canyon in the Wadi Rum Nature Preserve, Rahayeb Camp offers a traditional Bedouin experience. It has traditional tents with shared or private bathrooms, and common tents, where meals are served. Tents at Rahayeb Desert come with a carpeted floor, linens, and an extra blanket. There is a small desk and extra space to hang clothes and store luggage. Free WiFi is offered throughout the camp. Rahayeb offers easy access to major archaeological sites. Desert buggies, camel rides, and jeep safaris can be arranged. Guests can also enjoy yoga classes and body massages at the camp. Pros: I expected the rooms to be a bit more rustic. I like confort but at the desert I was looking for the real cultural experience of the beduins world.

Ci tornerò.

Pros: Tutto molto efficiente. Personale gentile e cordiale. La struttura è in un’ottima posizione e basata sulle tende tipiche. Molti altri utilizzano gli igloo “marziani” che secondo me sono fuori contesto.

Cons: Il cibo, buono, abbondante, ma molto turistico. Da “esperto” mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso.

Cons: Excursion dans le désert assez chère. Prix à partager avec d’autres visiteurs si possible ( on peut être sans souci 4 sur la jeep, voire plus)

Pros: Wspaniały, wygodny namiot, z dużą łazienką, sprawna klimatyzacja. Śniadanie z widokiem na pustynię. przemiła obsługa. Kiedy zabłądziliśmy w drodze powrotnej, obsługa przyjechała nas ratować a następnego dnia pilotowała nas do głównej drogi

Pros: Echt een belevenis om hier te overnachten. De sfeer, het diner rond het kampvuur. Echt fantastisch Een aanrader is de 'stargazing tour'. Later op de avond met een jeep de woestijn in en sterren kijken

Pros: El sitio es increíble. Las instalaciones generales están muy bien.

Cons: Problemas en el baño: perdía agua y la ducha carecía de puerta para evitar que se saliera el agua. La comida de la cena estaba buena pero se echaba en falta opciones distintas a la comida local.
