Best Camp in Wadi Rum – Top-Notch Setup and Outstanding Service

Pros: It really feels like an oasis in the middle of Wadi Rum. The setup is impressive — brand new, high-quality installations and even a swimming pool. The bed has a cool 70’s vibe with its round shape facing the stars. The staff was truly exceptional: kind, genuine, and very helpful. They even spent nearly two hours trying to find the French rugby channel for us.

Probably the most luxurious place in Wadi Rum.

Pros: Facilities and staff. Probably the most luxurious place in Wadi Rum. The jacuzzi is an amazing place to stargaze. You don’t get light pollution from nearby camps because this one is quite isolated.

Cons: They charged crazy pick up and drop off fees from and to the Wadi Rum Village, which should be included in the price of the stay already. As they are in any other Wadi Rum camp I’ve ever stayed at.

A fabulous place in an extraordinary location with amazing staff

Pros: The location is amazing. The room is very comfortable and fun. Swimming pool and jacuzzi area is beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The dinner was great, if a little copious -- way too many dishes for two people! The whole pick-up, transfer and transport were very well organised.

Cons: A few tiny details: no bedside lamp in the room, and no parasols next to the pool loungers. Breakfast should be less choice and more focused. Some fruit, juices, yoghurts, cereals could be included. Humus, olives etc are not breakfast items for most Western people. Buffet style may work better.

Incredible stay; lovely hosts and wonderful landscapes

Pros: The location of this stay was absolutely incredible - we were surrounded by such an interesting landscape. The hosts were all so accommodating and pleasant to interact with. Happy to help with anything. We had some delicious food and drinks during our stay, and spent time in the beautiful pool. Just amazing.

Exceptional service and beautiful location

Pros: Staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional - thank you so much. The location of the camp is stunning and very secluded. Rooms were luxurious and comfortable. The food was fantastic as well. We had a really great stay.

Pros: This was the most incredible stay of our lifetime. The camp is so isolated it’s breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food was DELICIOUS!!

Highly recommend to those who want to relax and enjoy the beauty and quietness of the nature

Pros: Palmera is a hidden gem. I booked it for one night because the other places with bubbles were sold out. This turned out to be way better. If you want real glamping, a swimming pool surrounded by the desert and rocks, beautiful subset, you have to check it out. The campsite is beautiful and I think whoever built it is a genius and has extraordinary taste. Food is great

Cons: Too many flies during breakfast. Wifi not free (but it forces you to enjoy this beautiful place)

Pros: we absolutely loved our stay at palmera camp. Rami was such an amazing host it really felt made the property feel like home. We definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to wadi rum
