Nice hotel, friendly staff

Pros: Friendly staff, quite room, good internet, free parking. Hotel location is in a nice area away from traffic. Shower water pressure was amazing :)

A great stay— I would stay there again!

Pros: Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. I had left Irbid and discovered my credit card was missing. I had left it at either the hotel or the neighboring pharmacy. When the front desk manager couldn’t find the card at the hotel, he checked at the pharmacy next door (which hadn’t answered my call), and let me know they had it. I appreciated the special effort!

Cons: No complaints at all.
