Wadirum sunset camp

This camp enables a very rich and authentic experience of the Wadi Rum desert.

Pros: The stay here was amazing. Because of the hospitality from the crew I felt right at home as a solo traveler. Food was great. The silence was very nice. You sleep in one of the most beautiful spots in Wadi Rum. Beds are very cosy and the bathroom facilities are perfect for this kind of stay. Ahmad is the kindest host. Sidenote* he also has a great sense of humor. The crew perfectly organised two tours to different parts of the desert as well. Lunch and everything included. All in all I can’t imagine this experience could have been any better. And I attribute a big chunk of that fact to Wadirum Sunset Camp.

Exceptional experience

Pros: The customer service is good. Staff is very polite and handle things so professionally. I respect the way they are communicating. My family has a great time with the tour planned. Will definitely come again!

Cons: Nothing. Weather is beyond human control. We were lucky that it was not raining but was cloudy indeed. Blessed enough to be able to travel around.

Pros: We stayed 3 unforgettable nights at the camp and did a jeep tour, watched the sunsets and the stars. I warmly recommend it to everyone. It is an unmatched place and really worth visiting. They offer all types of tours according to your budget and what type of things u want to do:) Haitham, Ahmed and Abdullah took great care of us and are very kind and funny people. The food was amazing also!

Unforgettable Experience in the Heart of Wadi Rum

Pros: Staying at Wadi Rum Sunset Camp was an amazing experience! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the sunset over the desert. The tents were clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the Jeep tour organized by the camp — full of adventure and stunning landscapes. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like part of their family. The traditional Bedouin dinner under the stars was a highlight. I highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful stay in Wadi Rum.

Pros: Ahmed was a very helpful host. He organises jeep tours where you can go into the desert with a guide, but you can also go camel riding if you want. We had a good chat with him and our guide Soltan (I hope I spell his name right) about the country and life in Jordan. Soltan was an excellent guide on our full day tour. He answered all our questions and cooked us a delicious lunch. Thank you very much Soltan for an unforgettable experience! We had comfortable beds waiting for us in the accommodation, but there was also the possibility to sleep under the stars if we wanted to. The traditional dinner in the evening and then the breakfast was also delicious. The property and the full day tour were very good value for money. We chatted with Ahmed and Soltan throughout the evening. Ahmed also arranged us a well-priced taxi to Aqaba. Thanks everything!

Cons: There was no air conditioning in the tent, but we didn't need it, even though it was 37 degrees during the day.

Pros: Very nice small camp in Wadi Rum desert. Guys were amazing, they arranged camel tour and jeep tour through Wadi Rum and make lunch on fire in desert. Breakfasts and dinners are also delicious, it’s typical bedouin meals like hummus, different variants of salads, eggs, chicken, rice, vegetables, tea. Thank you guys! Your Czech bedouins

Pros: Ahmad was full of energy, which made the 4-hour tour so much fun. We stopped at some amazing spots to take photos and then enjoyed a traditional Bedouin tea in the middle of the desert. I highly recommend this experience!

Pros: I had an amazing full-day tour and stayed overnight at the camp. The tour was packed with activities, and I even climbed nearby sand-rocks. Waking up to the desert’s beauty was unforgettable, and at night, the stars and moon were breathtaking. Highly recommend booking a tour and staying overnight at Ahmad’s camp in Wadi Rum!

Amazing

Pros: Fantastic location with breathtaking views, clean facilities, and amazing staff. We enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner and a morning desert tour, which made the experience even more special. I definitely plan to return and highly recommend this camp!
