Pros: The reception, tour organization, and dinner were excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Wonderful overnight stay in the middle of the desert. Buffet dinner and breakfast had so much choice and great quality.

Pros: This was our first stop in Jordanian trip and it was absolutely fantabulous, ladies and gents!!! If you are looking for Mars-like colored, EMF - free, awe inspiring views, here’s your place right there!! There is a short hike from the restaurant up, where we marveled the sunset. The Turkish coffee at the cave cafe on sight was probably the best in the entire trip, the color scheme of the resort has tickled my artistic fancy with long repetitive caresses, and the food was phenomenal even for a picky type like me (gluten/dairy/soy/egg free). My husband was indulging his piggy-moments as well:) They’ve upgraded us upon arrival, the room was lavishly contrasting the external barrenness of the rocky land. The morning jeep tour provided wonderful picture opportunities and filled the lungs with the fresh mountain air, if you dare to climb a bit. Stunning, memorable, unlike anything else I’ve ever seen

Excellent stay in Wadi Rum!

Pros: Our stay at this camp was 10/10. The location was perfect and a member of staff met us at a stop 5 minutes away to direct us to the camp. The camp facilities were great and there were lots of communal areas where we had evening entertainment and the staff did a lot to create a great atmosphere. The staff and hospitality we received was one of the best ever! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and made us feel extremely welcome. The camp also offered extras such as a jeep safari tour (would highly recommend), star gazing and camel rides, so there is lots to do. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Wadi Rum!

Pros: Our trip to Wadi Rum with Ibrahim exceeded all expectations. We booked a full package that included an immersive 6-hour desert tour where we explored the most beautiful spots and enjoyed a delicious Bedouin lunch prepared with great hospitality. As night fell, Ibrahim took us on an incredible stargazing tour — a serene moment under a sky full of stars, accompanied by warm Bedouin tea. The next morning, we welcomed the sunrise during a camel ride, a breathtaking scene that felt like stepping into a painting. A thoughtfully organized experience that truly deserves praise.

Pros: Our experience in Wadi Rum was truly wonderful! The camp was comfortable, clean, and had a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Ibrahim, the guide, for his warm hospitality and excellent organization. We booked a 4-hour tour and enjoyed every moment, especially the delicious traditional Bedouin lunch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience authentic Jordanian hospitality.

Pros: My experience at Charlotte Rum Camp was absolutely amazing! The 4-hour tour was full of adventure and stunning desert views. I truly loved the peaceful atmosphere, the beauty of nature, and how well everything was organized. A big thank you to Manager Ibrahim for his warm attitude and professionalism — he made us feel so welcome. Definitely a place worth visiting again

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They really went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. A very lovely time and would recommend for a unique experience.
