City Tower Hotel

Pleasant couple of days in Aqaba

Pros: Lovely seaside view. Comfortable room, and close enough to town to walk to bars (hotel is dry), restaurants, market, and beach.

Good

Pros: Location is good and the staff are great. The breakfast was also good

Cons: Noisy. There were too many locals and they were always noisy during nights, even in the breakfasts. But it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. However, if you want to stay in a quite place, probably this might be a wrong choise

Pros: This was a great hotel. Best breakfast we had in Jordan, lovely clean room with great view. Had a lovely time here, and we had no problems parking directly outside the hotel. Within easy walking distance to all aqaba sites and amenities.

Cons: There was a small pool, but it had a sign saying that ladies could only use if wearing a Burkini or equivalent covering. Unfortunately being western I didn't have one to hand and deliberated on whether a rash vest would be enough, which in the end put me off using the facility. Husband and son had a dip and enjoyed, but did note it was only men in the pool at the time. But don't let this put you off, overall it was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Good location, good services, great view. We had the room on 6th floor with an amazing view to Red Sea.

Great value for money

Pros: Staying in this hotel with big family was amazing in general. First you get several amenities and disposable personal stuff like toothbrushes and so on. Rooms are clean, have good air conditioning system, and well served. The place seems to be rennovated, may be there is a little room to improve, but it is amazing. The swimming pool and sauna are good, only needs some rennovations and some plates giving directions for what is what. The pool is warm and very cozy for family. The Service is beyond expectations and litterally everyone is helpful and welling to make efforts. We asked for several special requstes, and they helped us with most of them. We also got a little room upgrade ( side sea view) for free. For Food, the buffet is excellent, has several varities, and very tasty. Also during the day free cold water, lemon water, coffee, and majdool dates are served.l for free. If I come again to aqaba, I definitly will reserve again and again for this level.

Cons: Almost none!

Pros: Great location, fantastic breakfast (the best we had in Jordan). Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Pros: Everything was good. Breakfast was very good, with much variety, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view from my room was amazing and I didn't need to go out for a sea sunset.

Cons: Seems that families in different rooms were together and kept the room's doors open, using the corridor to chat out loud until late at night. Maybe the hotel should make sure people don't use the corridors as private spaces, bothering other guests.

Excellent

Pros: Loved the decor of the hotel , the view from the room. I could see the inside of the aqaba fort and sea from my room. If i ever come back to Aqaba - will stay here

Pros: breakfast is very good. View is excellent Location is excellent

Cons: The room furniture is old, there is no carpet on the floor in the room, only tiles. The air extractor in the bathroom is loud and annoying

Great stay

Pros: All was good. Great location, clean and confortable. Breakfast was tasty.

Cons: Smell to smoke, unfortunately, is disgusting everywhere: corridor, room, curtains. Guests should be fined to smoke indoors. Such a practice is insane.
