Viola Hotel Suites

Pros: It's a very good location, about 5 minutes from the entrance of Petra.

Cons: The hotel has breakfast, but I wish there were more kinds.

Pros: The staff are very friendly. We had an apartment with big window view on the street. We liked this! Clean, comfy and near to some restaurants.

Cons: The breakfast could be improved - no fruits at all - but this was common to all our accomodation in Jordan

Pros: the location of the hotel staff was helpful and friendly cost of the hotel

Pros: I liked the room space,the staff was very kind, especially the front desk employees

Pros: the room was nice, enough space, super clean,& the room service where there as a daily bases, the breakfast was ok not bad they can do better specially we are in Jordan and they are famous for good food

Cons: the hotel is really close to the main road which is nice, but not nice at the same time because all the noise from the main street is in your room which made it difficult for me to sleep specially at night

Pros: I loved the breakfast and I loved the location and I liked the service from the people in the reception

Cons: the price is expensive

A Place Never to Regret in Amman at One of the Liveliest Streets in the Town

Pros: - The fastest check-in and check-out procedure I ever seen in my life (within 5 min maximum)! - The room is equipped with top branded amenities (Hitachi, Honeywell, AEG, Samsung) - Very friendly staff all over the day and at all levels (receptionist, security guards, restaurant, housekeeping, and support) - The room had a wonderful view on the lively Wasfi Al-Tal street - The hotel is just few steps away from all sort of services - The room is equipped with 2 LED TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) - Extra materials are provided by housekeeping without any objection - Delivery man is allowed to enter the hotel and deliver the order right to your door step

Cons: - The breakfast was not continental (NO: corn flakes, milk, Nutella, baked beans, cream) - The response to requests takes quite long time to be performed - Lack of washing machine in the room raised a lot of difficulties especially for baby clothing even though laundry service is quick and clothes are delivered within the same day - Very slow and frequent interruptions in WIFI signal. I had to rely on my mobile data to complete my tasks - Kitchenet lacks of sufficient utensils and cooking stuffs - Housekeeping does not have specific timing, it more relies on occupancy of the hotel. Thus, you need to stay alert until room is cleaned!
