Breathless!
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Dana Guest House. One of the best experience of our life, all the staff is here to make you feel at home, with authenticity and generosity. The view on the Dana Reserve is breathless, especially as you can even enjoy it from your shower! The home-made diner was amazing with a lot of choice. And Salem was an incredible host, with great advices and always paying attention to us. If you come to Jordan, you should not miss this place !
Cons: Nothing, all was above expectations

Spectacular views in a beautiful bioreserve
Pros: Location is spectacular, all the rooms seem to have terraces overlooking the most beautiful mountain view. Rooms are simply furnished, and comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast.. Overall, a very special place to visit and to see a new hotel with architecture that fits so well in the natural environment. Makes a great stop before or after visiting Petra as it is only one hour’s drive away.
Cons: Since many rooms had shared bath, the only thing to change would be to oil the doors. It was extremely noisy to leave the room in the night, meaning everyone in the room was woken up. I probably would have booked en suite rooms if I had noticed the shared bathroom, so this wouldn’t have been a problem. Only other thing is that the internet wasn’t great in the rooms, and while this may be due to the remote location, it could have been communicated better. For example, there were wifi options that worked better than the one we were told about.

Worth it for the views alone. But please mangers love this amazing place more.
Pros: The location and views from the room are stunning. The food was pretty good. Adjacent shop selling locally made goods is great. Environmental ethic admirable.
Cons: The whole place felt like it needed to be loved a little more. It felt a bit like staying in a hostel.

Great view, not much besides
Pros: The view. the staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The free water from the water fountains.
Cons: I think if you can afford the delux room then this property would be okay but if you don’t get the delux room you are paying quite a bit of money for basically a hostel with a view. The shared female toilet door did not have a lock. There was no hand soap. The room was dusty and had ants. The beds were very noisey as well as the air conditioning. Breakfast isn’t great. Dinner is expensive 15JD per person but it is hard to get any information about where else to eat. The balcony also had not been cleaned - cigarette butts and the furniture outside was falling apart.

Excellent séjour, dans un superbe cadre.
Pros: L'hotel est idéalement situé et la vue y est extraordinaire.
Cons: La salle de restauration est un peu froide et bruyante.

Great weekend getaway from Amman!
Pros: Great location and view, beautiful showers with good water pressure (and good towels!), comfortable beds and the dinner was good too. I really liked the concept of using the clay jugs to refill water in the rooms instead of individual plastic bottles
Cons: The breakfast starts a bit too late for me (8am) and no coffee in the room- only tea.

10 e lode
