Natalie Wadi Rum camp

Pros: Everything was great! The whole experience exceeded our expectations. There is also an option for a jeep tour in the desert, which I highly recommend — it’s truly unforgettable. Special thanks to Anas, who made the entire experience incredible. He is professional, friendly, and you can definitely rely on him — especially if you want fantastic photos! He knows the best spots and makes sure you leave with great memories.

Pros: Evening dinner was superb, brilliant jeep tour, and very accomodating staff with pick up and drop off times. Overall a wonderful experience!

Pros: The stuff was really friendly. We really liked the evening program - traditional dinner and then we dance and drank tea. We also loved our jeep tour with Anas - he was really nice and he makes really lovely photos!

Cons: The bathroom was not clean, but unfortunately it's the same around Jordan where we've stayed. Actually the entire accommodation could be cleaner

Pros: We really enjoyed the bubble tent and the view was amazing. The cleanliness could have been better. the camel ride was fantastic. We also did two jeep tours, which were amazing. Anes is a great guy and does an excellent job—big compliments to him!

Great Hotel... Exceptional Hospitality and Support

Pros: Wow...Great Hospitality. Another camp cancelled my booking 6.30pm the night prior to the stay so I booked Natalie. Within minutes of booking I had a call from Ahmed asking about my arrival. Explained i was coming by Shuttle he asked for the number, loaded with the driver and met ne on the reload near the camp. Great intriloduction to their hospitality. Took the option of the 4 hour tour which was well worth it and tha accommodation was new...and warm. Dinner was extensive and featured chicken cooked underground. Transfer back to Wadi Rum as planned....went like clockwork. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Thank you Ahmed.

Pros: Our experience at Natalie Wadi Rum Camp was outstanding in every way. We were welcomed with great hospitality, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The camp was very clean, and the tents were well maintained and comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. We chose a 4-hour tour in Wadi Rum, which was an amazing experience. We visited all the main tourist attractions and enjoyed the stunning desert landscapes. It was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had, and I highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay.

Pros: They are very trustworthy, at the start I was hesitant as they asked to meet up at certain location but no issues whatsoever Staff were very nice - manager, assistant and driver Delicious local dinner - it tasted like home made Room was clean and bathroom nice Good value

Pros: I stayed here in late December, it was sunny during the day and not too cold at night(the rooms have heating and hot water so dont worry). They provide free transport from Wadi Rum to their camp and back even if you dont book any tours with them which is a plus. I booked the 4h desert tour from 13:30 to 17:30 to see the sunset with lunch included. Hamad was our driver and he did an excelent job. The camp is well located far away from main roads and inside Wadi Rum protected area, bubble rooms are great,beds are comfy, free tea and cofee is provided at all times and also dinner is included which has many many options and you will def enjoy it. At night i also booked the night tour and enjoyed it a lot. No complaints, all great:)
