Pros: If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it! This is the real desert experience with the best people🙌🏼 I have to give a huge shoutout to Saif because this man is genuinely the most wonderful, caring person! 🌟 His positive energy just made everything feel so warm and welcoming! And you could just tell he genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable 💙 The bubble was gorgeous, super clean everywhere, amazing shower with perfect water pressure, hairdryer ready to go. breakfast was fresh and delicious with so many choices, and that bedouin buffet dinner was unreal, traditional food and tasting incredible 🍲🌅 Eliška was so kind and helpful with everything, she made the whole stay even more special 💕 (review from my girlfriend :)

Pros: Enjoyed the entire stay from the moment we arrived. Dinner was delicious and served right after we settled in. The jeep tour showed us great parts of the desert without rushing. The staff were absolutely wonderful — polite, smiling, and ready to assist anytime. Their hospitality made the night feel special and comfortable.

Pros: Nice peaceful place with beautiful views at sunset. Dinner was cooked well and you could taste the traditional style. Our jeep guide was patient and let us enjoy each spot. The crew were some of the nicest people we met in Jordan — calm, respectful, and very helpful. They made the experience feel personal rather than commercial.

Pros: The exceptional service provided by Faisal and Saif. They did everything possible to make us feel at home. The place is very clean and great view.

Not a bad place to stay for the night

Pros: The food was amazing & the room itself with a great location.

Cons: It's better doing the 4 hour tour than the 6 hour as it all starts to look the same & it doesn't feel as authentic with the Bedouins playing music from a Bluetooth speaker than themselves.

10/10 perfect place

Pros: The attentive staff went above and beyond, ensuring every moment was perfect. From the really good cuisine to the breathtaking sunset views, this hotel is an absolute must-visit for those seeking a refined desert retreat !!! The activities were really well organized and the staff really nice !!! The location is perfect since it is in the middle of the desert and it is not close to the roads !

Lovely place and staff. Would recommend a stay here if you want to explore Wadi Rum

Pros: Saif and his team were very helpful and accommodating, giving us a room upgrade and letting us check out late at 6pm. The rooms are new and fit for purpose - similar to other camps. We had Faisal (Saif’s brother) as our driver and guide and he was also great for our whole stay. He made us a Bedouin lunch both days over a wood fire and shows us all the main sites in Wadi Rum

Cons: The only thing would be the language barrier as only Saif speaks English, which made communicating with the other staff difficult if he wasn’t around. Saif was available on WhatsApp, if required.

Fabulous location and wonderful team

Pros: We loved the setting of the Sun Rum camp with spectacular views out to the desert. Saif and his team were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They arranged for us to leave our car in a secure place and drove us to the camp. The food was delicious. We did a 4 hour jeep safari, star gazing and camel ride trip which gave us a really good feel for the desert. Highly recommend that you stay here.

Pros: The tents were super comfortable and had good air conditioning. The food was amazing, especially the dinner. The best thing about the stay was the hospitality and friendliness of the people who run the place. The atmosphere of the place definitely makes you want to come back again. Strongly recommend it!
