The guide and the hotel staff, as well as the views from the rooms

Pros: Hamad is the best guide in the desert! You rarely meet such a warm and pleasant person who is ready to help in everything, and he is also an excellent photographer. We were very pleased to meet and grateful for the guided tours of the desert. Even the six-hour trip was a lot of fun. The hotel itself is nice, clean, and provides a delicious dinner. We are also grateful to Rashid for meeting us. From Russia with love!

Pros: Everything was clean and organized. Dinner came hot and the flavor was nice. Breakfast wasn’t big, but it did the job before the tour. The jeep tour covered the well-known spots and a few quieter ones. Staff treated guests nicely and didn’t pressure anyone.

It was very unique experience, very safe, very comfortable and unforgettable

Pros: Dinner and breakfast were wonderful, very tasty and everything was fresh. The camp staff picked us up and took us back to a meeting point where a taxi was waiting for us, so even though it was in the desert everything was very safe and a very comfortable experience.

Pros: Came with my mates for a quote place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery, and the views is hard to describe. It's a must come .

Cons: Breakfast launch and dinner was tasty .. Bubble camps were nice clean and nice to stay in.

Lovely stay!

Pros: Staff were excellent and friendly, extremely responsive in guiding us to the right place to go, and just overall really lovely people! Special mention to Rashid who was great! They planned a few excursions for us (additional payment for these) which were really lovely and very smooth. We did an after dinner jeep ride and star gazing with tea which was incredibly peaceful and then did the hot air balloon ride in the morning which was beautiful - highly recommend. Rooms were clean, spacious and had all the necessities required, you could tell they were newly refurbished. Food was good, Ali the chef was super lovely and helpful! Overall loved it thank you!!

One of a kind experience

Pros: You can’t really explain how peaceful it feels until you’re there. We had so much fun on the jeep tour. The food was awesome and the people were kind. Evenings by the fire were magical. It’s something I’ll never forget

Desert goals!

Pros: Everything looked straight out of a movie. The sand, the rocks, the light — unreal. The jeep ride was the perfect mix of chill and fun. Dinner was great and the people were amazing. Would 100% do it again

Wonderful staff, excellent tour guides.

Pros: Wonderful staff, did everything to make sure I stay was comfortable. Dinner was great. Hamed our jeep safari tour guide was exceptional. He treated my family like his own. The jeep was almost brand new.

Cons: Breakfast was very limited.

Exceptional experience, with kind, caring staff. I would recommend staying here.

Pros: The location and the camp were excellent. Staff were very welcoming and lovely friendly service. Would highly recommend. Dinner was delicious cooked under the sand. The trip into the desert was amazing. Loved this camp.

Cons: No hot tub as advertised. No tea and coffee in the tent as advertised. Asked for it but didn't come. Had to ask for towels and soap. Only one soft pillow per person.

Pros: Good deal for the price. All hotel collaborators are very friendly and try their best to fufill our needs. They even prepared a cake when they knew it was my birthday! Definitely recommend.
