Beautiful, family-friendly location with helpful staff; calm atmosphere. we enjoyed our time a lot.

Pros: The location was truly beautiful and very family-friendly. The staff were helpful and efficient, which made our stay even more comfortable. We felt very calm and connected to nature, and we enjoyed our time a lot. The desert safari was especially stunning — the different colors of the sand and rocks and locations were truly eye-catching and unforgettable.

Pros: The hosts were hospitable and kind, they looked after us well. The camp is cute and cosy and the dome tent is perfectly comfortable. Air con works extremely well. We had no issues with the wifi as I’ve seen others mention, it was even strong enough to reach our room. Considering we were in the middle of the desert, that is very good. The dinner buffet selection was fantastic for a vegetarian, we didn’t go hungry. They also provided a tradition zarb which was cool. The 4 hour Jeep tour was a great way to explore the beautiful surroundings of wadi rum. We even saw some 1 week old baby camels! We appreciated the fridge full of water and coke to help yourself to throughout the stay. Plenty of Bedouin tea to drink while you sit round the fire. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place

Cons: Could probably increase the cleanliness a level. The rooms were very surface level clean, considering the place and the rooms are not huge it would not take long to wipe all surfaces / floors to make guests a touch more comfortable. I’m sure the duvet and pillows didn’t even have a bed sheet on which made me feel quite dirty. I’ve seen others complain about the shower temperature, you need to let the water run approx 5/10 mins to warm and it was adequate, but cannot complain about things like this in such a beautiful remote location!

Pros: The place is absolutely amazing. The people are nice and helpful. We really enjoyed it here. You can arrange a trip to the desert here.

Cons: What was a little worse was the cleaning. The accommodation could use a slight renovation of the bathroom or at least a thorough cleaning. Then there was the price of the transfer. We paid 30 JOD for transportation from the parking lot to the campsite (about 5 minutes) and back the next day. And there was no tea for breakfast.

Pros: - The tent (bungalow) with half board was super affordable. - HUGE buffet table for dinner and breakfast, with plenty of choices. Most of the ingredients are organic, grown by the owners. - Free water, tea, coffee and cola from the communal fridge - as much as you can drink. - Most of the camp had WiFi coverage. It wasn’t the best, but hey… we were in th middle of the desert. - The camp provided shuttle between the parking lot (at the edge of the desert) and the bungalows. Price was 15 JOD per person, but they don’t charge anything for the shuttle if you attend any of their desert tours. - Many desert tour options, for various prices: sunset or sunrise tour on camel back, sand boarding, desert jeep tours (length between 2 and 12 hours) etc - Amazing night sky, full of stars - you just have to walk a few hundreds of meters away from the camp

Cons: - No negative experience whatsoever. I would gladly recommend this place to everyone.

Pros: Good experience overall. Dinner came freshly cooked and tasted great after a long day. Breakfast was light, but enough before the tour. Our jeep guide explained a few things and left us time to walk around. The atmosphere in the camp was calm and comfortable.

Pros: Quiet place and felt safe the whole time. Dinner was served hot and tasted better than I expected. Breakfast was simple but fine for the morning. Jeep ride covered the main spots without wasting time. Staff were friendly in a natural way, not over-the-top.
