Pros: Location and very friendly staff! Easy access to a private beach where the lifeguard was super kind and helped me with the mud and sea salt treatment and of course, the unforgettable experience of swimming in the Dead Sea. Own designated parking and quiet resort, good option for a short stay. The staff made a great difference to rate it a bit higher than I would otherwise

Cons: Facilities are a bit run down and the apartment feels a bit impersonal, there’s a little supermarket in Samarah hall but they don’t have a lot of options and it is quite expensive, so if you are planning to cook meals here, I would recommend to get the groceries in Amman before,

Lovely Resort on Dead Sea

Pros: Great location with private beach (and a bucket of mud) on the Dead Sea. Staff were extremely helpful and the main (infinity) pool has a lovely view over the sea. Have a (non-alcoholic) bar and restaurant by the pool, or there is also a handy little mall a short distance down past the Hilton for food and drinks. Although more expensive than all our other accommodation in Jordan, this seems to be the norm in this location.

Cons: The Studio itself was of good size, had a fridge and kichenette, was reasonably clean and air-con and wifi worked well. The furnishings, bedding and towels were a bit lacking and there was no daily cleaning, but was all okay for a couple of nights.

Excellent stay but with a note

Pros: A wonderful stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The resort is perfect for relaxation, but I would like to note that the new management decision not to allow guests to use the facilities before 12 PM can be inconvenient, especially as other hotels in the area offer more flexibility.

Cons: Poor treatment upon arrival at the resort before 12 PM

It was okay.

Pros: The property is directly at the Red Sea and I was the only one at the sea during my time. There’s mud and salt available to use on your body.

Cons: The electric kettle was not working. I was not given a WiFi code because no staff member was available to provide details. Remember to carry cash for the apartment payment..but also note that they might not even have change for less than 10 dinar. The cash payment could have been addressed better if there was good check in service. Anyways the people at the place were kind and they tired to be helpful as much as possible, despite the language barrier. I still think it’s a good place.

Pros: Simply a luxury 5 star hotel, and u can take all your food, drinks, music with u. U feel u owen the place, many pools, good restaurants, super place to be,in fact I go there weekly, the houst is simply 7 stars treatment

Cons: Maids are not allowed to swim with kids in the main pool, my point of view it's kind of cretisizim, plus making it a nightmare for families or partners who have kids and want to enjoy special moments without kids, if I was the owner I will dafenatly allow access to Maids to all pools, as they r already vacinated from all diseases

Very relaxing.

Pros: Perfect location to float in the Dead Sea and do a mud and salt scrub by the sea.

Cons: We booked 4 beds and didn’t realise 2 were pull out beds from the 2 main beds. But the mattresses were comfortable and everyone slept well. All single beds (no double beds)

Pros: Nice clean room, fully equiped kitchen, soft sheets, spacious bathroom. In March 24 we had the resort pretty much for ourselves. Quick communication. Not sure how the small beach looks like when the resort is fully booked.

Cons: The check in instruction received upfront was quite confusing. Key was in the locker, room wasnt open as instructed. Wifi different from what was stated in the instruction. Would appreciate knowing the room is in the B floor, took us some time to locate it.
