Pros: The spacious flat is located in a vibrant area of the city full of restaurants and supermarkets. Moreover is close to the Al-Ahli sports club and in a quiet area were is possible to jog safely. The furniture is rather old but functional allowing you to work from remote thanks to the good Wi-Fi connection. All in all good value for money, despite the minor flow mentioned below. The manager is very emphatic and allowed as to postpone the check-out.

Cons: Cleanliness is not at the expected level and would need more direct supervision by the owner, especially the kitchen and toilets.

Cons: The small bathroom tended to get cold very fast, but the heating worked well so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

Pros: الموقع قريب جداً من الأسواق والمطاعم والخدمات لدرجة انك تستطيع الذهاب مشياً على الأقدام الى هايبر ماركت كوزمو وسوبر ماركت سامح مول + الأمان وكاميرات المراقبة ووجود موقف خاص للسيارة في قبو العمارة+ وجود أغلب التجهيزات المطلوبة في الشقة +سرعة الإستجابة والمرونه من قبل القائمين على السكن فعندما وصلنا وجدنا مكيف احدى الغرف متعطل وتم ابلاغهم وتم احضار الفنيين وإصلاح المكيف + مساحة الشقة مناسبة جداً للعائلة الصغيرة.

Cons: النظافة ليست بالمستوى المطلوب وتحتاج الى اشراف مباشر من المالك على أعمال النظافة وخصوصاً المطبخ ودورات المياه. الأثاث قديم نوعاً ما . الستلايت سيئ جداً ودائم التشويش.

Pros: شقة رائعة في موقع جميل ومميز ب عمان قريبة من مول وسوبر ماركت مطاعم صيدلية كل شيء تحتاجه بالجوار المضيف لطيف ودود متعاون أنصح بها للعائلات والأفراد سعر رخيص مقارنة بالميزات

Cons: لا شيء ، كل شيء كان رائع

Pros: Grand et bien équipé, confortable, bien placé avec commerces et restaurants au tour.

Cons: Un de deux toilettes ne fonctionnait pas correctement.

نشكر صاحب العقار على كل ما قدم لنا من تسهيلات واحترام وتعامل طيب وكذلك حارس العمارة طيب جداً وخدوم

Pros: كل شيء في المكان جميل جداً الشقة نظيفة جداً مرتبة مكتملة المرافق صاحب الشقة الذوق والاحترام الله يسعده طلبنا منه تمديد ومدد لنا بكل أريحيه

Pratique, enrichissant culturellement grâce à l’histoire de la ville et son authenticité.

Pros: L’emplacement est stratégique par rapport à la ville, proche d’un grand axe routier ainsi que des centres commerciaux, l’établissement était propre, bien climatisée. Le personnel était très serviable. Nous avons pu rajouter une nuit en plus de notre réservation, l’hôte étant compréhensif et accueillant.
