Spacious and clean apartment

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the bed linen and towels that were provided were lovely and clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: The fridge hadn't been turned on or wasn't working and had it not been winter time that would have been quite a problem. Also two of the dining chair seats just fell through for no reason which could have caused injury.

Pros: Location, fully equipped kitchen, peaceful, nice balcony

Cons: No cleaning services during 10 night stay

Very good apartment with some check-in improvements needed.

Pros: Good apartment with all the features. We booked two 2-bedroom apartments. One was an actual two-bedroom apartment and the other was actually two 1-bed apartments linked internally by a door. That meant that the design of that apartment was not the best. However, everything you needed was present in the apartment. We found no hair-dryer and messaged them and they immediately delivered two.

Cons: Check-in needs to improve massively. They need to inform exact location with house number clearly beforehand. Just providing the road name is not enough. I asked for exact location and was sent the Google map coordinates (which is fine) but house number was still not provided. I was messaged via WhatsApp their local representative phone number but the two local staff who met me were different with different phone numbers.

Post total knee replacement surgery stay

Pros: It's not a hotel, we came to amman because I had total knee replacement surgery and couldn't go home straight away, too much pain, so we stopped here, it's an apartment, it's excellent, fair price and the lads in the tire shop got me a chair when I was waiting for a taxi. Stay here, it's well worth it

Cons: Traffic is a bit noisy, but you get used to it

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, hospitable host, good location, a nice view from the balcony. The watchman is always there, if you need any assistance.

Pros: Nice apartment, well located in a quiet street close to Weibdeh. Better thann in the pictures.

Very good for families

Pros: Very clean flat, spacious, all amenities are available and functioning well, garage available

Cons: Location is not the best..there are no near good supermarkets.. you can order food of groceries by phone, garage is somehow tight and if you have a medium SUV it could be a nightmare parking or getting out

A home away from home. Excellent for short and long stays. Highly recommend it.

Pros: Everything. The pictures didn’t do justice to the quality of the room I was in, and the building as a whole. After 11 months of constant travel, this felt so much like a homely studio apartment that I added extra days just so I could relax and enjoy it. The bed is sublime with high quality pillows, and linen that feels like silk to sleep on. Such a rarity in accommodation. The kitchen was small but well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils/pots. All the appliances are high quality. The washing machine is such a bonus when you’re travelling. Wi-fi was stable and fast. The apartment is on a busy main road, but has a great view over the city. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. There is a roll down shutter which cuts down light and noise considerably (thought not completely soundproof). Lots of cupboard space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to both uptown and downtown. Would highly recommend it.

Cons: The bathroom didn’t have a vanity or shelves next to the sink. It’s the only thing that could be added to this lovely place.
