Excellent value for a great centrally located comfortable apartment

Pros: Very central and really comfortable. Washing machine was a real bonus.

Cons: Earlier check in would be great.

Lovely spacious rooms in a good location.

Pros: The apartment is one of three. The one we had had murals painted by a famous Jordanian artist\\architect when he lived there and the property owner preserves those. The rooms were high and spacious. There was a beautiful terrace out back though the weather in January was too cold to avail of it. The location near Rainbow Street and Downtown was great.

Cons: Somehow the address of the apartment got mixed up. Fortunately the actual address was nearby. I'm still unsure what happened and am not interested to invest the time to check. It took ages to identify the right building.

Your stay in Amman

Pros: The apartment is a 100/10. Beautiful authentic Jordanian house - in a perfectly central position (between downtown and rainbow street) with a nice private garden and terrace (with tables and chairs). Easy to find and has free parking on both sides. We loved the flat so much we actually came back to it during or trip in the country. Also, for anybody staying - hope she is still there - a beautiful organge and white cat came to say hello a few times, making our stay even sweeter and more like home: please take care of her! Easy to stay in contact with the property manager and the guardian, available on premise. Last (not for importance) water, hot water and electricity perfectly working - as travelling to wadi rum and wadi musa might not be always guaranteed.

Cons: nothing!

Pros: Hosts hospitable - easy communication. Room A good size, clean, bathroom clean, hot water whenever needed, kitchenette with washing machine. Excellent location. Thank you!

Great value for money and location is great for tourists!

Pros: Location was great to where you want to be as a tourist! The place itself was very clean and pretty much had everything you could need! Great value for money.

Cons: Was super loud with music blasting from the city and the echo in the apartment and lack of being able to full close all windows did mean it was very noisy at times!

Location near Downtown and a cozy place. Hilly place, a challenge for the calve.

Pros: Location, right at downtown. Gated. Home guardian helped with carrying luggage for the stairs.

Cons: For elders, middle aged with knee problem and need of wheelchair — would be need to climb stairs. However the home guardian assisted us.

Good choice

Pros: Nice appartement, clean, perfect location, good price, easy going owner.

Oasis within the city

Pros: Ahmed was the best host. So kind and brought us flowers to the table. He takes care of his garden and showed us around all of his gardens. A very open, clean and comfortable place that feels like an oasis within the busy city. Effective air conditioning. Ahmed was very relaxed about check in and check out that made us very relaxed indeed. Thank you Ahmed

Cons: A little bit noisy at night.

A nice apartment with very central location and a good view.

Pros: The instructions to get to the property and pick the keys could have been simpler and more straight forward. I had to call a phone number and explain that I cannot find the building on the street due to missing number plate. The owner asked for a WhatsApp number so he could send the instructions with images but that was too late. I was going up and down the street looking for the property. Finally, a porter came outside and took us to the property. It turned out that we had to climb a flight of stairs in order to see the actual main door leading to the apartment compound (which I wasn't expecting. Thus, it could have been explained in the instructions well before our arrival.)

Cons: The kitchen wasn't well equipped. I thought it was. My bad if I missed it in the property's description. Had I known that, I could have gone to a hotel instead.
