Al Fares Luxury furnished Apartment-Damac Tower

Pros: The location is perfect, the apartment is spotless and absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay — thank you to the team for the wonderful service and warm hospitality!

An enjoyable comfortable stay, would come back again.

Pros: Great location easy to get to main attractions and shops and restaurants. Nice modern building with a decent gym and indoor pool and access to outdoor pool in neighbouring tower. Salman was a great host, provided me with clear information and instructions and promptly dealt with a key issue we had mid stay.

Cons: Be mindful that there is no door between bedroom and living area, just a partition wall. Not complete privacy or noise barrier but not a problem if only a couple.

Luxury apartment for an affordable price

Pros: Literally next to the shopping mall, corner shop open 24/7, spacious room, very comfortable beds. Very affordable price for a luxury apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: As a personal opinion, the PIN code lock for your door didn’t really make it seem fully secure, and the unknowing who else knows the code or does it change every guest. I could be overthinking and as I’m just used to key cards to open hotel doors.

Pros: Very clean, spacious, modern and the location was amazing. Close to everything and it had all the facilities needed plus more.

Pros: Everything was in order. Host was kind and helpful when needed. Apartment was clean, and provided with everything you need for a stay. Check in was easy, and the host was kind on special request for check out. Great location near to Mall and markets (and Health facilities which we needed).

Pros: My name is Mirsad, i was with my wife and kids 8 days in Damac tower , sure the best location in all Amman/Jordan area with many lot’s beautiful surrounding, best 24/7 atmosphere, great staff, best shopping’s experience ( next building is City Mall and Abdali Boulevard with best shopping and best restaurants, 100% best orential foods ❤️

Pros: The apartment was spacious and the location was perfect, opposite the Abdali mall which led onto the Boulevard. The apartment amenities can be stocked up at the local supermarket in Abdali mall. Parking is on the other side of the building, look out for the two barriers. Had an issue with toilet flush which was resolved quickly with engineers on site. Apartment has microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, iron and cleaning equipment.

Cons: Parking can be tricky to find. My apartment was on the sixth floor which was next door to the lift. We could hear the lift in the bedrooms which was not a major issue but I raised the query with the organiser who replied back stating he would look into it. Ideally, we would have preferred to be moved but this was not facilitated. The indoor swimming pool is not heated and was cold but kids were fine once they were in. The gym is basic and could do with a clean. The building is of a good standard but could do with a little updating, however, was more than pleased with our stay. A four star with b&b was coming in a few hundred pounds more so this was a good option

Pros: Communication with host was very good. Had a wonderful surprise on check-in with the upgrade from the host. Sauna and steam on level 1 was added bonus Will definitely book another visit. Thank you.

Pros: This was a very cute little apartment in a nice area of Amman. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was perfect for the few nights stay that i needed. The hosts communication was fantastic, very polite and speedy.

Pros: The location was great. The owner was so good in quick reply our message.

Cons: Parking a bit confusing but we manage to get our parking at basement 3. We have problem with the water on the last day stayed..There is no water pressure in shower. But overall it was good stayed.
