Pros: The apartment was very spacious and perfect for a family stay. The beds were very comfortable, even as the living room area. The host and staff helped us with everything we needed.
Cons: The kitchen was a little old and could get an upgrade to provide for more comfortable family stays, especially more kitchenware like glasses and pans would be useful.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and was more than adequate for our needs. Mr Samir is an excellent host and was very helpful and accommodating, and allowed us to keep our luggage in the office for a week at no charge and let us move from studio apartment to 2 bedroom apartment at no extra cost . Mr Russell was also willing to help when required.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small

Excellent, without a doubt.
Pros: Excellent overall, but with a couple of caveats. Picking the keys up was a dooddle, just a door code to enter. Location was great, locating was easy. Very clean. Sofas, dining table, good kitchen. One en suite bathroom and the second is next to the hallway. Hot water always available. Water pressure was rather low, this is because the geyser is at bathroom ceiling level, like in India. A/c was great in lounge and one bedroom, the other had an air cooler in it. Kitchen was very good but no salt, oil, sugar etc were available (not a criticism). Lift available. Host was super-responsive and very helpful; great comms. Maintenance staff on site. Plentiful off-road, safe parking (beware of the high kerb when opening car doors). Definitely a great experience, would happily book again. Highly recommended.
Cons: The 'communal' bathroom is quite small, but is ok. The auto-ignition for the gas hob was un-plugged underneath, and we had to look for it and plug it in. Multiple showers will need to be a little spaced, as it is an immersion type heater (but always available). Cutlery and crockery was just about adequate. Note to host: please provide a knife that cuts! A few more coffee cups of 150-200 ml, perhaps? But loved our stay overall, fullstop. Cost was a little high for Jordan, is more in keeping with European prices.
