Pros: Very pleasant, quiet hotel in a busy tourist town. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Dinner was served in a restaurant in the neighborhood, it was local and very good. We had breakfast on the hotel's roof terrace. It is necessary to highlight the extremely helpful attitude of the staff, especially always-present dear Mr. receptionist, who went out of their way to accommodate us in everything and helped us solve a problem unrelated to the hotel and beyond his duties. We highly recommend and thank you.

Pros: Every recommendations!! Rooms are very clean, staff is so kind and helpful and location is great really near historical center Petra!!

Pros: Staff was very welcoming and the communication was great. They packed us a wonderful breakfast box, as we were leaving very early in the morning. Room was clean and AC worked ok for heating. Location is very good, next door to restaurants and few minutes from Petra visitor center.

Cons: Bed was not that comfortable and it was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

Warm and hospitable

Pros: I had a great stay at visitors hotel Petra! The hotel staff are warm, welcoming and very informative - they gave me very helpful information regarding Petra and the best way to cover the main attractions in the 2 days I was staying there. The rooms were large, spacious and very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel even organised our transport to Wadi Rum. Big thank you to Petra Visitors Hotel, and I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Pros: We were lucky with the reservation, it is not easy to find a place like this, the gentleman who did the reception is very kind, the service is excellent, they have a terrace above where there is the bar, we had a very abundant breakfast, price and the location is excellent, you can also get help in situations where you need information or difficulty in moving,the room was very large there was a kitchen where you can cook and also fridge oven, hairdryer, everything you might need.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing with a selection of bread, olives, za'atar olive oil, fruit, coffee etc. Location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the Petra visitor's centre/entrance gate to Petra. You've got restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores all next to the hotel.

Pros: Very comfortable, excellent communication from hosts, good value for money and a welcome sitting area in the apartment.

Pros: We were the first guests to use the room, which was big, clean and comfortable. Upon our arrival we had a warm welcome. We would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: It was clean. Due to unscheduled meeting, I extended my stay for free unitll 4:00pm. Many resturant and coffee shops surrounded you. The staff was very nice
